Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and DOCSCREATOR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U63112RJ2023PTC089803), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at A-20, Bank Colony, Gajsinghpura, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021 (“DocsCreator”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
They apply to your use of the Status & Story Saver app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the app. If you are under 18, please use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Statuses, posts, reels and videos belong to the people who created them. You are responsible for how you use anything you save with the app.
We do not host or store any third-party content on our servers, and we are not responsible for content you choose to download.
The app works with services we do not control, including WhatsApp Web, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and public helper services used to find media files. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Platforms can change or limit access at any time. Some content cannot be downloaded, for example private posts, expired stories, or videos a platform has blocked. We cannot guarantee that every link will work.
Status & Story Saver is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or YouTube. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
You link WhatsApp Web yourself by scanning a QR code from your own phone. You are responsible for the accounts you link and for following WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. You can log out any linked device from WhatsApp on your phone under Linked Devices, or by removing the account slot in the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time, for example when a platform changes how it works. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of a feature.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every download will succeed.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content, or profits, arising from your use of the app or of content you download with it.
You agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you download, share or upload using the app, or from your breach of these Terms or of anyone else’s rights.
If you believe the app is being used in a way that infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will review your request promptly.
We may stop providing the app to you if you break these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are between you and DocsCreator, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the bottom will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about the app or content can be sent to our Grievance Officer at info@docscreator.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
